Where a job exceeds a standard visit, you quote it and carry it out at your own rates. We put the work in front of the member; you win it.
How a standard visit works
A standard visit is up to 60 minutes on site at a member's property, at a fixed rate agreed with you individually. Anything beyond that scope — bigger repairs, installations, multi-day work — is quoted separately by you and charged at your own rates. Parts are invoiced at cost with the supplier invoice passed through; we add nothing on top, and neither do you.
Our standards
Every Everhouse trade partner is vetted before their first job. Members see these standards too — they're why the panel is worth being on.
- Public liability insurance of at least £5,000,000
- Relevant registrations validated per trade: Gas Safe Register for all gas work; NICEIC or ECA for electricians; City & Guilds or NVQ for plumbing and drainage
- Two recent customer references
- Agreement to the Everhouse partner standards: tidy, courteous work in members' homes, a completed job sheet after each visit, and honest advice — if something doesn't need doing, say so
Founding panel
We're selecting one or two trades per category for the founding panel. Founding partners are listed first in their category as the membership grows. There's no exclusivity, no fees, and no minimum commitment — you take the jobs that suit you.
